The Columbia track & field teams will send athletes to three different meets in the northeast this weekend, as the Lions are in the heart of indoor competition.

Columbia posted a first place finish and two other top-three results on the second day of the Armory Invitational.

Day one of the Armory Invitational is in the books, and Paul Ross will leave a winner, after finishing first in the 5K run.

The second of three indoor meets at the NYC Armory is set for this weekend, when Columbia will travel uptown for the two-day NYC Armory Invitational this Friday and Saturday.

Brendon Fish and Spencer Haik were honored by the ECAC after impressive performances in the 1K last weekend.
