Phoebe Anderson, a junior at Columbia representing Great Britain, finished fourth in the women's 5-kilometer race in 16:23.8 at the Virginia Invitational at the Panorama Farms course in Earlysville, Va. Anderson helped Columbia earn 16th place overall as a team with 405 points.
